Electrical & Electronics Ltd. has been investing in Mainland China since 1978, having set up its first plant in Shiyan, Baoan, Shenzhen and commence production in 1979.We were the first Hong Kong based factory to sign the Production Contract with Baoan District Government.
As the production environment in Shenzhen region became stable and mature in the late 80s, we have decided to move our production base from Hong Kong into Shiyan county in 1988. At that time our main business were to processing and compensation trade.
In 1996, our factory was changed to register as a private-owned enterprise, official name for our factory was Shangwu Electric (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
In light of the rapid growth of our business in Year 2001, we felt that the existing area within our factory can not continue to meet the expansion. We were introduced to get to know the newly developed Export Processing Zone in Pingshan, and having the opportunity to invest total amount USD18million and build a brand new factory in Pingshan，official name for our factory was Eltrinic Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. The new factory was primarily established at that time, a team of our experienced managers started to reorganize the future structure of the new factory.Until June of Year 2003, all the infrastructure facilities have been completed and our new factory has officially commenced normal production.This year, production flow is running smooth and fast.Currently we have employed about 1700 workers and staff, we estimate that the total numbers of our employees will increase to 2500-3000 by end of this year..
We are committed to design and develop innovative products, our OEM products ranging from a wide variety of top quality coffee makers to toaster ovens. We mainly sell our products to North and South America, Europe, Australia and Japan in an annual production volume of up to 5 million pieces.
