Tempus Yantian Port International Logistics Centre is the “Shenzhen Municipal Government Emphasized Logistics Project”, which was located in Shenzhen Yantian port logistics park (within “Free Trade Zone and Port Integration”). 腾邦—国际物流大厦位于深圳市福田保税区，总占地面积1,300M2，总建筑面积3,7000，其中办公面积6,000。
大厦为全框架结构，共7层；大厦共设有14台电梯，其中货梯12台，豪华客梯2台，为目前整个保税区内电梯保有量最高、承载量最大的物流建筑；拥有30个自动升降平台，超大的停车面积，令大量货柜同时装卸变得轻松自如。

Tempus International Logistics Building, which covers a total area of 13,000 square meters, is located in the Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone. And the total construction area of the building is 37,000 square meters, among them, an are of 6,000 square meters is for office work.
The building which is a complete framework has seven storeys, and it is equipped with 14 lifts totally, among them, 12 lifts are designed for cargo conveyance, and the rest is designed for luxury use. In fact, it is the very logistics building that has the most lifts with the heaviest rated load in Futian Free Trade Zone at present. As a result of 30 automated lifting platforms and one super-large parking area in the building, it is easy to load and unload numbers of containers simultaneously.
The reasonable layout of the modern logistics bulding is suitable for various handling of cargos, such as collection, pick-up, stocktaking, stacking, banding, labeling, and packing etc. In a word, cargos can be handled with great efficiency in the logistics building. Furthermore, the safety of cargos can be definitely ensured by varied facilities in the building against water, moisture, and fire.
