Pursuant to approval from the Administration Commission of Kunshan Export Zone and Kunshan Customs House in accordance with the “Provisional Measures on Administration of Export Processing Zones” as promulgated by the State Council, Kunshan Export Processing Zone Logistics Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Logistics Center”) is a logistics company specializing in warehousing, transportation, customs declaration and related services rendered for foreign-invested enterprises in export processing zone. The registered capital of the company reaches 35 million yuan and the total amount of investment involves 50 million yuan. Available now in the company are 1,700 m2 warehouse under customs supervision, 3,000 m2 logistics distribution warehouse, 15,000 m2 storage yard and 1,100 m2 office building. In December 2003, it was expanded into the Logistics Area under Customs Supervision in Export Processing Zone, serving as a pilot project for customs supervision and logistics distribution operations in export processing zone. The whole logistics area under customs supervision is equipped with round-the-clock long-distance digital closed-circuit monitoring system and infrared safety warning system.
　　 Pursuant to approval from Kunshan Customs House and the Administration Commission of Kunshan Export Zone, the Logistics Area under Customs Supervision in Export Processing Zone has two major operational functions, namely, (1) function under customs supervision and (2) function of logistics distribution.
